Title: Great Company
Rarely write reviews but am compelled to in this case.
It is rare in this day and age to come across a company that truly impresses me. My first order I placed I received within 3 or 4 days. Granted I am fairly close to
Colorado Springs and figured I just happened to catch the right time of week for there shipping Department.
I have placed 10 or 12 orders since then and every one has been shipped immediately, (not to mention cheaply, also). Every order is confirmed personally by Ernie,
a personal note on every invoice (which is a very nice touch), and just generally a very nice Individual to work with. That is the ticket. Do not know how big the Company
really is, but get the feeling that every order I place is meaningful to them. Had 1 minor problem with a defective part, e-mailed Ernie, and he replaced it immediately!
Love this Company!
Am forced to occasionally order from another Company, that will remain nameless, and am always disappointed with the service. Pay extra for priority shipping and it still
take 3 - 4 days before it ever leaves their warehouse!
I truly hope Ernie becomes a big success, he has already proved his dedication to customer service, and hope he is always able to maintain the level of service that he has shown me so far. Good luck to you Ernie, you deserve it.
