Title: Old fashioned respect
Ernie, I would like to drop you a line to say thank you. Your service is outstanding, In a world that has forgotten customer service and good old fashioned respect. Your company shines above millions of business's that forgot how to treat a customer. I'm a new customer, and was quite impressed with the amount of attention you show, when I opened the package and found a hand signed packing slip, I almost passed out. By doing a small thing like that, shows there are still business's that care. Once again thank you for operating a business based on true customer service.
