- Use sharp tools to turn. Carbide tools with a fresh face are ideal.
- The image will pop to the surface after machining and will follow the contours of your finished pen as show in the finished pen image below.
- DO NOT wet sand.
- After sanding to 600 grit, continue with Micro Mesh for the best results.
- The blanks are all end milled and ready to turn.
