This kit will make a pen in the colors and design of the Texas State Flag. This kit fits the Vail Rollerball/Fountain Pen Kit.

Pen sold separately. This is a kit with individual parts that must be assembled, mounted on an appropriate tube (not included, but comes with the pen kit), and turned to final size and finished.
