In late 2017 Berea replaced the titanium gold coffee scoops with Hardite plated scoops. This material is extremely durable and has more of a brighter gold coloring. See the comparison photo below.

Easy to turn with a 7mm drill bit and 24A bushings.

It does require a tenon turned onto the material.

Scoop is 1 tablespoon.

A Titanium Gold version is shown finished with a Freezing Water Bear Tooth Woods pen blank (sold separately).
