Yes, you do use an 11.5mm drill bit for the 12.5mm Drip Tip Core. The 12.5mm refers to the larger diameter of the coupler end (that is inserted into the atomizer), while the 11.5mm drill bit is used to drill a hole for the tenon that supports the drip tip material.
