Assembly is identical to the streamlined slim. The only difference is that if you want to use the black rubber grip, you will need to cut off an approximately 1" portion of the wood from the lower barrel so that the rubber grip can slide up onto the brass tube. Cut off just a little less than the length of the rubber grip. I like to have the exposed brass tube be about 31/32". Just a little shorter than the rubber grips' 1" length. This will result in a nice tight fit.
