US Shipping
Cost
US Shipping is a flat $6.70 regardless of the size of the
order.
Insurance & Tracking
Tracking is available on those orders that include
insurance. USPS tracking is very limited, but is better than nothing. Bear Tooth
Woods is not liable for any order after it has been packaged and delivered to
the USPS.
Method
Almost all packages are shipped by the United
States Postal Service. Most of these are shipped via Priority Mail.
Small orders may be shipped via First Class Mail, and orders that
contain large size accessories like boxes or glue may be shipped via Parcel Post. If you
have a question as to what method your order will be shipped, please email
before placing your order.
Time
Most orders are shipped within 1 business day after
the payment for your order is received. If you include comments with your order
that require action or clarification, that may delay your order.
When time is available, orders placed in the morning will
be shipped that same day.
Anticipated delays in shipping are noted at
the top of the website on every page in large, bold font on a red background. It
is very tough to miss. If you are in a hurry, it is always best to email before
placing your order to confirm shipping times.
Canadian Shipping
Cost
Canadian Shipping is $12.50 and is subject to certain
limitations described below.
Method
All Canadian orders are shipped via United States Postal
Service. Most orders are shipped by Global Priority Flat Rate Mail, small orders are shipped by Airmail.
Time
Most Canadian orders are shipped within 1 business day
after the payment for your order is received. Orders that do not meet the
limitations described below, will delay shipping.
Limitations
Canadian orders are shipped in a Flat Rate Envelope. A box
is placed inside this envelope and the maximum dimensions of the box are 9 x 6 x
2 inches. Also, the entire package cannot weigh more than 4 pounds. If your
order is too large for a single box, I will contact you to see if you would like
to pay for an additional package. Additional packages are $11.50 each.
Insurance & Tracking

Canadian orders. Bear Tooth Woods assumes no liability for orders after they
have been mailed. If you require insurance or tracking, please contact us for
additional information. This will add greatly to the cost of the order.
Foreign (non-Canadian) Shipping

Foreign (non-Canadian) Shipping is $14.50 and is subject to
certain limitations described below.
Method
All Foreign (non-Canadian) orders are shipped via United
States Postal Service. Most orders are shipped by Global Priority Flat Rate
Mail, small orders are shipped by Airmail.

Most Foreign (non-Canadian) orders are shipped within 1
business day after the payment for your order is received. Orders that do not
meet the limitations described below, will delay shipping.
