Title: Unexpected pleasure
Within minutes of placing my first order with Bear Tooth Woods, Ernie wrote because he noticed an odd selection of parts. I had ordered a "B" size mandrel with only "A" size bushings. His attention to detail put Bear Tooth Woods at the top of my list of places to order pen supplies from. My list is very very short, Bear Tooth is the only entry.
And what to my surprise.... Ernie included a very nice Acrylic pen blank. It was a great gift.. Thank you kindly Ernie.. I appreciate your level of customer focus and dedication.
