I have been ordering pen supplies from a competitor for a long time and a friend of mine told me about Bear Tooth Woods my first order was placed on a Wednesday night and was in my mailbox Saturday. It came with a free pen blank with a nice note of thanks and a little notebook and a hand written thank you on the invoice. Very hard to find customer service like this anymore. I will be doing a lot of business in the future. Very Pleased.
