Title: Hard to find customer service
I stumbled across Bear Tooth Woods from a search engine. I'm on my 3rd order now and every one has been filled promptly, usually less than 24 hrs. The order I placed today was shipped just a few hours after I placed it. Their prices are reasonable and when I've had a question they have answered in hours. I also like the personal touch of the handwritten notes on the invoices and the free blanks that have been included.
In this day of massive corporations it is great to find a "Mom and Pop" operation that is able to compete in prices and selection, but still retain the personal touch. If you're looking for pen making supplies, look no further, Bear Tooth Woods is the place to shop.
