Title: Praise for the third time
This is the third time I've felt obligated to give praise to Ernie and BTW. I made the kneejerk reaction to make pens for 3 of my coworkers as gifts just 11 days before Christmas. Having experienced very slow shipping from other vendors in the past - as much as a week after placing my order until it was shipped - but knowing Ernie fills and ships his orders right away, I felt safe placing a late order. I order my kits on Wednesday night and they just arrived with Saturday morning's mail. This gives me the weekend to turn the pens without being pinched for time in the last days before Christmas. I had no doubt Ernie would pull through for me. Great prices, excellent selection, and customer service second to none. Thanks Ernie and BTW, you're the best!
