Just some positive feedback....
I spent over 30 years in banking, especially focusing on customer service. Although I've been retired over 10 years, I can easily spot someone who's doing it right with their customers. You, my friend, will continue to do very well in your business because of those 'little extras' you do with you customers. Answering quickly, one-on-one approach, quick delivery, good competitive pricing, etc, etc, etc....
This is one customer who appreciates what you're doing.
