Hands down best/fastest service I have received yet. 3 orders placed the same day at 3 different companies. There is another PenSupplyIdiots that shall remain nameless that takes at least a week if not more to get stuff to me. Worse if you order too close to 1 of the only 2 days they ship. My order from BTW showed up in only 3 days! My other order of some rather exotic wood also did not show up until day 9!!!! Hard enough trying to do the weekend warrior custom turning and have a real job as it is. Shouldn't have to worry about suppliers that don't care about you. This was also my first order with BTW and will definitely be back.
