This pre-tubed Sierra|Virage blank features Aluminum and Copper placed on the tube with a resin covering that you can turn. The Copper and Aluminum are shiny with a bit of steampunk grim on them. The copper Cross gives this Steampunk inspired blank a reverent feel to it.

The embossing is all done by hand one line/mark at a time. They look spectacular with the choice of platings available for all the Sierra type pen kits. Since the blanks are all hand done, they look very similar, but are not exact copies.

The pen blanks are hand-made by a fellow turner in the US. He recommends sealing the ends with thin CA glue after they have been squared/trimmed.

You can finished these blanks with the following steps or by using your own preferred method:

• 400 grit dry sand to shape the profile
• 600 grit wet sand
• 800 grit wet sand
• 1000 grit wet sand
• Micro pad finishing using all of the pads - wet sand
• Plastic polish
