This pre-tubed Sierra|Virage blank features a black carbon fiber and blue fiberglass sleeve placed on the tube with a resin covering that you can turn.

The pen blanks are hand-made by a fellow turner in the US. He recommends sealing the ends with thin CA glue after they have been squared/trimmed.

You can finish these blanks with the following steps or by using your own preferred method:

• 400 grit dry sand to shape the profile
• 600 grit wet sand
• 800 grit wet sand
• 1000 grit wet sand
• Micro pad finishing using all of the pads - wet sand
• Plastic polish
