This set of between center bushing adapters are specially designed to turn any bushing set that uses the standard 7mm or "A" mandrel (actual mandrel diameter 0.247" or 6.27mm) into between the center bushings.

Each set of adapter bushings will turn the bushings for one barrel into between center bushings.

To use these bushings, you will need a 60 degree dead center in your head stock and a 60 degree live center in your tail stock. You put your prepared tube on your regular bushings and then slide these bushings into the normal bushings. Then attach them to both centers. This eliminates the need for a mandrel shaft and the reduced length between the head and tail of your lathe will greatly reduce any out of round problems.
