This pre-tubed PSI Bolt Action|Carbine blank features the exact wording of the 2nd Amendment from the U.S. Constitution. The 2nd Amendment secures the right of the people to bear arms for the protection of themselves, family, neighbors, and maintain the freedom we enjoy in this Great Nation through the sacrifice of many.

The blank has a parchment look with brushed gold accents. It is subtle, but meaningful to so many.

- Epoxy resin composition.
- Use sharp tools to turn. Carbide tools with a fresh face are ideal.
- The image will pop to the surface after machining and will follow the contours of your finished pen as shown in the finished pen image below.
- After sanding to 600 grit, continue with Micro Mesh for the best results.
