Description: A Bear Tooth Woods original style, we wanted to see what the blanks looked like when the water and the pearl style blanks were combined in one blank. this blank has 4 layers separated by white lines. The top layer is emerald water, the second layer is emerald water with pearlescence added, the third layer is regular emerald water again, and the bottom layer is the emerald with pearlescence. These blanks look great. I'm sure they'll be ripped off, but get them from the business that thought them up first.

Color Note 2: Starting March 2023 these blanks reverted back to batch 1 with the darker translucent section.
Color Note: Starting August 2021 these blanks changed to batch 2 and the clear part of the blank is quite a bit lighter in color compared to batch 1 as shown in the comparison photos below.

This sample was turned from a 3/4" x 5" piece of Emerald Water Pearl acrylic acetate from Batch 1. It was turned to approximately 5/8" diameter. The turned sample is solid, it does not have a hole drilled in it, nor a tube. So its appearance in a finished pen may be quite different depending on transparency.
