Blanks measure 3/4"+ x 5"+. Multiple blanks are shown to illustrate variety. The blanks were lacquered before being photographed.

The "Neon Mosaic" series of blanks feature bright solid neon colored backgrounds. These backgrounds are not transparent but they are filled with chips of "stained glass" like alumilite pieces. These mosaic pieces have varying degrees of transparency from not transparent to clear with ribbons of colors. Therefore, we would have to categorize these blanks as being very transparent. If you are going to use it for a tubed kit we would recommend painting the inside of the blank and/or the tube. As always, the creative choice is up to you. The paint color that you choose will highly affect the color of the finished blank in those areas where the clear chips show through.

These blanks are made in small batches here in the USA, so some variations in the color of the mosaic chips from batch to batch should be expected. We will attempt to ship blanks from the same batch when possible.
