Neon Cyclone was born when Tori discovered some Neon color palettes on Pinterest that she wanted to try and recreate in blank color mixes. Arguably one of the most striking color mixes Tori has ever produced, the Neon Yellow and Pink offer blazing streaks of color through the orange, blue-purple and black pearlescent swirls for an eclectic finish.
