I just ordered a few pen blanks last Friday. The next day I received a personal email from Ernie thanking me for my order and he would ship it that day. That alone went a long way being in a retail environment on a daily basis myself. This was also a Sat and would never expect my shipment to come on Monday which it did. The shipping was extremely fast, and to top it all off one of the best customer service out there. Thanks Ernie and I look forward to placing more orders in the future. -Andy D.
