Payment Options

Below you will find detailed instructions on each of the payment options provided by Bear Tooth Woods. The PayPal/Online Credit Card option provides the fastest service for your order and is the preferred method.

PayPal/Online Credit Card

No PayPal account is required to use this option. This payment method provides the fastest processing of your order and is the preferred method of payment. I can accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards as well as Discover cards.

When you select this method and click "Continue", you will be presented with your order details for confirmation. Click the "Confirm Order" and you will be sent to the secure servers of PayPal.

There you will have two options.

1)      If you have a PayPal account, you can log into your account with your PayPal email address and your PayPal password. You are likely familiar with the PayPal process so I will not reprint that information here. However, after you have clicked on "Pay" please allow PayPal to redirect you to the Bear Tooth Woods website. This will finalize your order with Bear Tooth Woods.

2)      If you do not have a PayPal account, you can click on the "Dont have a PayPal account? Click here" link. Fill in the credit card, billing, and contact information. After filling in that information and clicking continue you will once again be able to confirm your order information. Please note that the charges will appear on your card as PAYPAL *BEARTOOTHWD. Click on "Pay". You will get to a "thank you for your payment" page. At this time please click on "Return to Merchant". This step is important to finalize your order information with Bear Tooth Woods.

IMPORTANT NOTE: PayPal is one of the most reliable and secure ways to make online payments. I never see your credit card information when you select this method. However, there are many people who attempt to get your credit card information by posing as PayPal. NEVER click on a link in an email message that claims to be coming from PayPal. If you think an email may be from PayPal, there is no need to click on the link in that email. Sign in to PayPal by typing www.paypal.com into your web browsers address bar. PayPal will notify you after you have signed in if there is anything that requires your attention.

Phone in Credit Card/Use Credit Card on File

You can use the phone in credit card method if you are not comfortable with sending your credit card information over the internet. I can accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards.

To use this method, select the "Phone in Credit Card/Use Credit Card on File" option and click "Continue". The next page will show you your order total. If every thing is correct, click "Confirm Order". If you have not previously called and placed your credit card information on file, please call Ernie at 719 532 1756 (see "Contact Us" for our hours of operation) with your credit card information. I will need the following pieces of information: name as it appears on the card, billing address, credit card number, expiration date, and the card verification number that is on the back of the card. You may also send this information via email to ernie@beartoothwoods.com by splitting it up into multiple emails.

Please note that the charge will appear on your card as PAYPAL *BEARTOOTHWD.

Check/Money Order

This method is the slowest method, but still a preferred method for some. Money orders are shipped immediately. Personal/business checks will be deposited and the order will ship after the check has cleared (2-3 weeks minimum). Please make all checks payable to Bear Tooth Woods and send your payment to:
