US Shipping

Cost

US Shipping is a flat $9.95 regardless of the size of the order.

Insurance & Tracking

Tracking is available on those orders that include insurance. USPS tracking is very limited, but is better than nothing. Bear Tooth Woods is not liable for any order after it has been packaged and delivered to the USPS.

Method

Almost all packages are shipped by the United States Postal Service. Most of these are shipped via Priority Mail. Small orders may be shipped via First Class Mail, and orders that contain large size accessories like boxes or glue may be shipped via Parcel Post. If you have a question as to what method your order will be shipped, please email before placing your order.

Time

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day after the payment for your order is received. If you include comments with your order that require action or clarification, that may delay your order.

When time is available, orders placed in the morning will be shipped that same day.

Anticipated delays in shipping are noted at the top of the website on every page in large, bold font on a red background. It is very tough to miss. If you are in a hurry, it is always best to email before placing your order to confirm shipping times.

Canadian Shipping

Cost

Canadian Shipping for most orders is $34.00 and is subject to certain limitations described below.

Duties/Tarrifs/Fees/Etc

All duties, tarrifs, and any other fees imposed by the local government and/or postal system are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Method

All Canadian orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Most orders are shipped by Global Priority Flat Rate Mail.

Problems with the content of orders shipped to Canada are dealt with by refunds or credits. Replacement items are not shipped due to the cost of shipping.

Most Canadian orders are shipped within 1 business day after the payment for your order is received.

Limitations

Canadian orders are shipped in a Small Flat Rate Box. The maximum dimensions of the box are 9 x 6 x 2 inches. The entire package cannot weigh more than 4 pounds. Orders that need more space will be charged more (the website will calculate the postage needed).

Insurance is available for Canadian orders and can be purchased by checking the insurance option box. Bear Tooth Woods assumes no liability for orders after they have been mailed.

Foreign (non-Canadian) Shipping
