I had e-mailed Ernie asking him about a discontinued pen blank, "American Confetti". Even though I sent the e-mail late on a Friday night, Ernie replied back within the hour. He checked his stock and even looked through his personal stash. While he wasn't able to find the blank, he gave me some excellent suggestions. As many of the others here have commented, Beartooth Woods has super service, great selection, and wonderful prices! Ernie sets the standard.
