Title: Best of the Best
Ernie is the best of the best. Best in customer service, selection, and everything else. I have been ordering form Ernie the past 4 years and nothing but exception service has been provided. For example, I just had a customer bring his pen back because it broke unexpectedly. With Ernie’s help I was able to fix the pen and have it back to the customer by the end of the week. I will be ordering from Ernie until I stop making pens (which hopefully never happens).
