Title: The Industry Standard for Customer Service
I've been an enthusiastic customer of BTW for a number of years now and like fine wine, the quality of goods and service (unbelievably) gets even better with age. As others have noted, NOBODY ships orders faster, including the companies who charge extra for "express handling and shipping"! After what I suspect to be nearly a hundred orders, I have never had a single mistake nor have I ever received a defective product. I've referred dozens of fellow turners to BTW and none of them have ever been disappointed. Ernie and Robin (the silent force behind the scenes....) are constantly updating and improving their product line to meet our needs and they go out of their way to treat each customer as their most important one! I appreciate their work every time I deal with them.
