Title: Fast and Friendly!
Everything about my first order was a pleasant surprise:
1. I found exactly what I was looking for, and then realized that because I was ordering in bulk (as I usually do) the price was actually less than I was used to paying.
2. I ordered pretty late at night on a holiday and Ernie e-mailed me very shortly after to thank me for my order and let me know exactly when it would ship - something that he definitely didn't need to do, but it was much appreciated!
3. Shipping was INSANELY fast copared to everyone else I order from, and the price for shipping was also really low!
4. The package arrived and it was full of thanks yous, VERY high quality products, and some of the best instructions I've ever found with woodturning kits!
I really wish I could order all of my woodworking supplies through you!! Thank you SO much!!
